RyLee's Blessing

On Sunday we blessed our sweet baby girl. It was an awesome experience and Ron did such a good job. oh by the way this is Verenda posting this not Ron like usual, RyLee looked so cute but unfortunately we did not take very many pictures I kinda forgot I was so busy with everything. Anyways we did get a picture of her with Calvin and thats about it in her dress. So if anyone got any pics of her in her dress let us know and send us them. Thanks to everyone that came, we definately filled my parents house up.

Tonight I was bored so I decided to do a photo shoot with RyLee it was pretty fun until she spit up all over her tutu and it had to come to an end. So here are some of the fun pics

Last is a video of Calvin playing with her when they were here this weekend, he got her to laugh so much it was adorable.

Post-Op

my surgery went good. We waited for the doctor to show up for three hours. And the 20 minute procedure ended up taking two hours. Here are some pictures of the four pins that they put in my hand and they will have to stay there for four weeks.

2 Months Old

RyLee is now two months old! She is the best baby ever. She is super smiley now and will respond to you when you smile. She also follows us with her eyes which is fun. And she sleeps very good (if she is snuggled up to mommy)

Verenda has been working non-stop on RyLee's baby room and it looks amazing. It is fun to see her so excited about something.

Allen and I have been working on installing new Laminate flooring on our main level and finally finished yester-night. It looks awesome and Vren is super-d-duper excited for that project to be over and done.

On a lighter note, I shattered my finger yesterday playing flag football. Vren has now officially ban me from any sporting events and I now have to wear a full coverage foam suit every where i go. She says its for my protection. But seriously, I have to have surgery on my hand some time this week but for now they put it on a splint and sent me home with a ring finger that points over the top of my pinky.

One month old.

It's kinda like when you have a car for a while and the warranty runs out, the next day something will break, almost guaranteed. RyLee turned one month old today and the whole time we where in the hospital after her birth all the nurses kept telling us how if the baby gets a fever in the first 30 days then we have to rush to the hospital. Well last night RyLee was up all night and we finally took her into the doctor's office this morning with a fever. The doctor said we where lucky because if it where yesterday she would have had to go into the hospital and be monitored for 3 days as a standard precaution. Today is day 31 which means it is up to the doctor and since she has an obvious ear infection we avoided all unnecessary drama. Yea!!!
