It is time again for another blog post. We as a family have had a lot of fun things going on and we decided to post a lot of pictures this time for your viewing pleasure

First we will start with Easter. This was RyLee's first Easter and she had a blast. Vren and I also had fun eating all of RyLee's treats from her basket.

RyLee's first thing Easter morning with her first Easter basket.

Cutest Easter bunny ever!

This is my new favorite picture of RyLee. Verenda sends me pictures on my phone almost every morning and I love it. But I especially loved this one.

RyLee got Roseola which I guess is super common. She had a high fever for a few days and got a rash after but pulled through it. I put a cold washcloth on her head to keep her cool when Vren took this super cute pathetic looking picture.

I got courtside tickets to the Utah Flash Basketball game so we took RyLee to her first ever game. She slept through the whole thing.

So I woke up at 7:00am to go to work and started to sneak around the room getting ready without disturbing anyone. I had to do a double take when I noticed that mommy and baby had both struck the same pose in their sleep. I guess there is something to that genetics stuff.

Verenda went back to work 2 days a week and her parents watch our "little nugget" on Thursdays. When Vren went to get her after work last week she was taking a nap on grandpa. It must have been contagious. J

Allen, aka" Uncle Duffus", stayed with us for a few weeks before he went to Austria and Switzerland on his study abroad trip. One day he got the hiccups and every time he walked by and hiccupped, RyLee would crack up laughing.

I organize a weekly golf day at my work where we all get up at 5:30 in the AM and play a quick 9 holes before work. My golf shot of the week is shown above. My ball is stuck in the tree at about elbow height. I have a group of friends that I golf with and we have a few "prizes" we pass around depending on who wins or looses. I lost so as you can see I have a rubber chicken hanging off my bag. L Don't worry I have redeemed myself and passed that "featherless falcon" on to Parker.

Verenda's sister Kathie sells doll clothes at the local boutiques and shows and Verenda is going to try selling with her. We bought a carousel to put in Kathie's booths. Verenda is selling baby/toddler legwarmers of all different patterns with headbands and flowers for the girls

Verenda'

s brother Richard and Dad have a few acres they farm and sell vegetables at their fruit stand and at the farmers market. I helped them plant a few potatoes this year. Verenda's Dad used to be a big potato farmer and so the potatoes go in the ground first, "and the rest can wait" he said.
